Hi.

Due out in April to look around some Villas for sale. We are not sure if we would prefer a villa with a communal pool on sector A or a villa in the quieter area of sectors C or D.

Could someone please tell me that if we decided to purchase a villa on C or D without a communal pool would we still be able to use the communal pools around Camposol if you pay for it, or are these pools solely for the use of the owners that pay an annual service charge?

Many thanks

Not sure about the pools on sector A have never seen/used one but there is a public pool on Country Club which is just five minutes away by car.  We did use this several years ago, I think it was about 7euros for the day and there are facilities there like snack bar and toilets - it was very nice.  Sorry I haven't specifically answered your question but it might help.

The communal pools are only for folk who live in that block as they pay a community fee for upkeep. Not able to pay to go in for the day.

Pool at country club is nice, only open July and August sofar as I know

Los Delfines campsite near Isla Plana has a nice pool open all year full of minerals as water comes from underground volcanic springs  7€ for the day

I go to the hotel Los Balcones at Cañadas del Romero you can use the pool there so long as you buy a drink

My own view based on the heat we have experienced, which is a lot hotter than we ever expected, is to get your own private pool is at all possible. Yes there is maintenance but for us this is completely worth it when you then have the convenience of just stepping outdoors and hitting the pool whenever you want.

There are two communal pools on sector A one on Poligono RE2 & one on Poligono RE3.

Both are for use of the residents only on the two Poligono's.

An annual fee is required around 145 euro per year.

Communal pool on our sector C is for residents only and padlocked at all times. We assume all other sectors are the same. We pay a communal fee to have ours maintained and outsiders are not allowed to use.

There used to a big pool in the hotel on Sector c by the golf club before it shut down. The hotel has now been repurchased and renovations should start soon (you assume) so not sure if they will still retain the pool and if they do whether ot would be open to the general public or simply for use if you are staying in the hotel

Case of watch this space I presume...!!

Hi, I'm a new resident on C but do you know how I get access to the pool? Was I supposed to be given a key with my property purchase?
