Hi Linda I drove into campasol 12 yrs ago and did not stop .

Try going further towards Aguilas. I have a house in Calabardina. I’m going to live there permanently in February. It’s a good mix of Spanish and ex pats . Good luck

Sharon 55 I have been reading some of your passed post ...and you sound like a typical foreigner ....that can't wait to to spread the news that you have found your Eutopia ...well let me tell you I went to your Eutopia 13 year's back and stopped for 20 minutes I then drove back to Camposol and said to myself yes I did make the right decision This is my home now with a great community..... maybe the reason for you posting on this forum is down to the fact that this Eutopia that your are always going on about does not have a the community spirit or such  helpful forum members that Camposol has ...personally if I hated a place as much as you do I wouldn't waste my time posting on the Camposol forum as all your post seemed to be aimed at (Pouching for Rentals) for your Eutopia ... people that are looking to buy or rent on Camposol have done the home work they have found Eutopia... maybe 12 years back you should have stopped like we did ...and things would be different for you now... Happy New Year to you from one of the residents of Camposol.

Pushed some button there . Wanted to give Linda an opportunity to try other areas of Space. I don’t rent my property now ad I’m going to live there .

And we have a great community too not just ex pats , thanks for your input .

Yes it does piss people off when someone like yourself starts slagging a place off that they basically know bugger all about.... maybe you should have stopped the car and had chatt to some of the residents ...like I did . hope you enjoy your part of Eutopia..as much as we do ours.

Agree, areas of C need care, but plenty more that are fine. We live on D and find the p&q wonderful. Build quality overall is much better than some detractors would like us to believe.

Hi Lindaloo.  I  wish you every success in your search for a property in Camposol.  We'll be following in your footsteps later this year.  Yes we'll be looking at surrounding areas too but have done our homework and understand the pro's and con's.  Look at Los Alcazares and the tecent floods, Camposol and the well publicised inherited problems in some areas. Listen to people but be aware of the anti Camposol activists, some will private message you. Happy hunting and Happy New year.

Linda

My wife & I bought a property in Campsol C2 in March 2018. We moved here on 1st July 2018 and have not regretted it at all.

There is a great community here, with lots of good people.

Come & look. There are good properties available at reasonable prices.

If you buy here, you will need a car or some form of transport.

We're only 20 minutes away from some amazing beaches & there are mountains nearby!

Ignore the detractors.

Regards

Tony
