...difficult to say without knowing the properties in question, do you have any links?

Upper C is nicely tucked off to one side of the main road through to D so we have only travelled around there when house hunting 2 years ago and a few times since to visit people. Hopefully someone living in that sector will see this thread and be able to give you better information.

...o say this is about right or too cheap? If so I shall do more digging as it why. I also read whilst researching about the street lights being an issue. And I was advise by the estate agent to go over and literally drive around in the dark to find the "good" and "poor" areas. Do you have an idea of this upper C part comes under this ie, poor area no street lights.
