Hi, can anyone give me a rough idea of costs to build a 100sqm 2 bed single story bungalow in Camposol3, 2 bathroom, a bit of landscaping on a 350sq plot? I have bought the land. Thanks Aaron

Can’t answer the question, however you may be best to speak to a builder direct. Mark Wastell at C &M construction on A sector at Camposol has been donkeys years and could probably help. You will need planning permission, which has just started to open up again after 8 years of stagnation. Be ready for a long process. Good luck

From €800 per square metre including licenses and taxes. Could nearly double that depending on your decisions.
Landscaping not included or furnishings.

And make sure all invoiced and receited as hacienda are clamping down on any valus over €1000 pay via bank tfr only
