Can anyone recommend: Engineer for solar panel heating system

This type of system you have tend to be good in the summer months.but when the winter comes in and the temperature starts to fall..you will need to turn on the immersion heater back up just to give it a boost...I assume you are referring to the system with the solar panel and a big drum that is fitted to it.
