Can anyone recommend: Underbuild contractors

Does anyone know any company that can look after our car while we are away for a long period of time? Instead of hiring a cab, or taking a public transport, we pay an annual fee and we can leave our car with them on our departure and will bring back to us to the airport on our arrival.

Regarding the space below your property that you call the under build.

Any reputable builder will tell you that to carry out this work, you will need planning permission, and the minimum height for any legal habitable rooms is 1,4 meters.

On sector "A" Masa were offering underbuilds on properties that had this height, but of course you had to pay the extra cost, and the extra construction was added to your escitura.

But to answer your query.

We use Plane Parking SL & have used them for about 14 years with no problems.

Highly recommended but maybe not the cheapest.

I pay 400 euro per year but that is for a dual airport contract.
