Hi what makes you think that the pipe needs replacing, is water leaking into the house or is it just the water coming out of the pipe?

THE PIPE GOES THROUGH THE WALL INTO THE CONSERVATORY. IT WAS LEAKING IN 2 PLACES, SO THERE WAS QUITE A LOT OF WATER OOSING OUT. HOPE YOU CAN HELP ME OUT PLEASE.

If it is the drain from the external a/c unit then it is usually a rubber tube rather than a pipe. The drain should always have a good flow of water while the a/c is in use - ours fills a 5-litre bottle in a few hours, which we use for plant watering.

The tube or hose may have cracked with age and simply need replacing by an aircon engineer if that sort of DiY is beyond you.

Hi, there is a local (Camposol area) gent from Liverpool ex fridge/aircon engineer for Tesco whom fitted my 2 aircon units, cannot remember his details though but he does advertise on Camposol Buy and Sell, great price, great service with no embellishing faults to get more business, perhaps the other contributors may be able to put contact details to the description

HI I AM SORRY BUT BEING ON MY OWN I HAVE NOBODY TO ASK FOR HELP. THE A/C UNIT WAS ONLY FITTED EARLIER THIS YEAR AND I HAVE BEEN IN TOUCH WITH THE PERSON WHO FITTED IT AND HE HAS'NT REPLIED. THE PIPE SEEMS TO BE METAL, I DON'T THINK IT IS PLASTIC. IT GOES THROUGH THE CONSERVATORY AND OUT INTO THE GARDEN.
