You need to go on the padron 1st and it needs to be less than 3 months old. We needed to supply ibi bill nie utility bill and deeds. ...getting it logged . Are we classed as non residents until it has been completed or once the application is initiated obviously as non I believe we can only be in Spain for 90 days and not return for 180
