Hi we had our bill yesterday but has not come out of the bank yet. Does the bill include the connection charge?

Email them and ask for an explanation. Our bi monthly bills are normally €45 ( no pool but hot tub )

Hi last year we had 2 or 3 bills go out - as Aquila hadn't processed the forms by solicitor. When chased and system updated we were then charged for the outstanding bills. Check your account and see if you haven't paid these in previous amounts, I would think it is the system playing catch up.

If you don’t mind me asking - when you say bi-monthly do you mean every 2 months or twice a month?
