Hi,does anyone know when this years IBI will be due for non residents.

I did not think there was any difference in when IBI is to be paid, resident or non-resident. Ours (residents) was taken on the 6th September.
I have not had mine come through PALS yet, however, set up direct debit last year so will just come out this time

Our direct debit for ibi on Camposol comes out of the bank in October. Non residents tax is to be paid by the end of December
For Camposol and Mazarron municpality the IBI bills are viewable (and payable) online - but you do need the fijo de recibo - the receipt number of your last year;s bill. You can sometimes view on your bank statement as well as the old bill. The bill states when it's due - I think October.

This is where confusion starts: IBI is a property tax, non-residents tax is a different matter.
