IBI and Non Resident Tax Payment Date

My understanding is IBI tax is due by the very latest on 21st October 2019.

Non resident tax for 2018 due before December 2019.

Please double check with your solicitor, they normally set up the DD for your IBI tax.

Hi Sue, your advice came up trumps. Our solicitor had notified the council of our ownership and bank details for the direct debit. Thanks again.

For a Fiesta villa on A I paid 151.75 euro last year.

Went out of my bank account by Direct Debit on October 5th 2018

If you pay by DD you will not get any notifications at all no invoice etc.
