Hi my name is Gary,
I am sure everyone is sick and tired of people asking this question but i need to ask it.. we have seen a nice property in a place in the sun at 1148 calle quesada and would like to know if this is in the effected area of subsidence issues? Looking at the front of the property on the photos it looks fine.

Calle Quesada basically splits in half, one half is fine, the other has all the problems, although lots of the properties are now being done up, there are some with bad subsidence. Unfortunately the one you are looking at is in that part of the road. I didn't have much time today, but if I get a chance tomorrow I'll try and take a couple of photos for you.
