Can anyone advise me on taxis available from Camposol to Murcia Airport. Does anyone on Camposol do airport runs?

Camposol does not have a legal taxi service ....ask in any of the Bars .

OK, so are you really willing to risk an illegal, cash in back pocket lift to the airport, with no insurance and a chance of being caught out at the airport? This illegal, black market activity should be stamped out, it only gives us Brits a bad name. There are plenty of legal taxis at Mazarron.

We are left with no option on Camposol..other than to run our own black market Taxi Service/Bus service due to the fact that the Local council will not issue a Licence to anyone other than a Spanish Taxi or Bus company ...when was the last time you seen a council registerd Bus or Taxi on Camposol...

Great, but how does one get one to come to Camposol very early in the morning and how reliable are they at finding a house on Camposol. If it wasn’t for a flight it would not be so important that the blasted thing arrives in plenty of time. If you know if one please do let me know.

Exactly! That is my problem!
For the first time we are buying our own car after becoming totally fed up with all the “extras” that are added to car hire prices that do not resemble in any way the amount shown on the various websites. Car will remain on Camposol and so we need to arrange transport to and from Camposol to Murcia airport until such time that Corvera airport opens and then we will pay to park the car there. However the idea of telephoning a Spanish Taxi in Mazarron and expecting it to actually arrive to go back to catch a plane will stress us out for our entire holiday!!

Flo you can leave your car at the Airport ...for around €250.00 for the year ..the car park company will drop you off and pick you up when you come back. They will even wash your car for you and charge the battery.Murcia airport one way around €60.00. Alicante one way €90.00 think about it.
This is what I intend to do once Corvera airport opens, supposedly at the end of this year. Not much point in paying for one year in either Alicante or SAN Javier if Corvera opens as that will make life so much easier for everyone on Camposol.
The figures you mention are the cost for what exactly? Taxi to and from the airport?
