Hi there,
The restaurants and bars are on A and B sectors. In addition the golf club house is on C sector. There are none on D Sector. There is a lot of entertainment in and around the bars in the summer months. This reduces in the winter months, but there is usually something happening. Unlike some urbanisations, the bars and restaurants remain open all year.
If you are not driving, it makes life more difficult but not impossible. Camposol is about 15 to 20 minutes drive to the beach, depending on which sector you are staying. There is a bus service that runs from Sector A to the town and the port, however it runs only a few times a day. The other option is using a taxi service. Taxis do not stand on ranks, you will need to call for one. Public transport is not as regular as in most parts of the UK.
If you are staying for 3 months, this could work out to be very expensive and restrict your ability to travel outside of Camposol. We live here and the car gives us the freedom to visit some of the lovely places here in Spain. We live at the far end of D sector and the distance to the shops on A sector is about 6.5 kilometres. The terrain is somewhat hilly but not too difficult to walk. It’s about 45 minutes for me at a good walking pace.
Good luck and I hope this helps.
