Things to do july / august

Hi Everyone.

We arrive in camposol late July for 2 weeks. just asking for ideas / days out to do with 4 x children all aged 12. around the camposol area.

Don't mind driving somewhere, but not for hours. if you have any suggestions & ideas that would be appreciated.

not knowing the area that well, searched online for info & nothing is updated or information is hard to find.

also we are hoping sector A + B will have plenty of entertainment during our stay. Also the golf club house.

your help on ideas would be great & appreciative.

Take them to the Big Guns at Cabo Tinso for one.

Glass bottom boat trips from the port.

Hot springs just a few minutes from Camposol.

Hi

We recently bought on Camposol , I have twin 10 year olds and these are some of the places we have been/are intending on taking them, hope it helps a bit.

If you go onto google and type the below names should give you all the info you need.

Terra Natura Murcia (Waterpark and Zoo)

Roman Theatre Museum Cartegena - Amphitheater (we all loved this)

Tenegorra Adventura (near Cartegena)

Puerto De Mazarron (beach) I believe they also have inflatables on the sea in the summer. Also lots of different boat trips including dolphin watching.

Sign up to Murcia today (lots of info on there) plus taquilla tickets who do things such as horse riding, quad bikes etc and if you buy the waterpark and zoo tickets through them you can access the park for free the following day.

Hot springs just a few minutes from Camposol.

You need to be a confident driver to go to the Guns. Road is not good and narrow, when busy, traffic is going in both directions. Parking is also not good when it's busy. Worth going to, just be aware of the road.

Check out Hotel Mariposa, it about 35-40min drive, the road is a bit windy, but they do all sorts of excursions, honestly the list is endless, too many to write, it is in a village called Gebas, they include meals afterwards too, we live on sector C and we have been there many times, you wont be dissappointed.
