change bank details online for Aqualia

Access your account online.

The Contracts page comes up.

Just below Edit Details there are items to click on Details / Supply / Correspondence / Payment / etc etc

Click on Payment

You then get a screen with your bank details on the Direct Debit section.

You can, or should be able to change your bank account details here.

I could never get mine changed using this online  system but that was 2 years ago.

Thanks Roland, I've found what you are referring to and it looks like it might be possible. I'll give it a go.
