Curenergia App Problem

Does anybody have the Curenergia app on their smartphone ??

I had it on my phone for several years then I could not access it because it said password etc not recognised.

Despite the password etc not being changed.

I can access my account via their website using the same password but not the app !!

I have tried everything I can think off but still get the same message saying password / login not recognised.

Hi Roland, 

the app is out of date and requires updating, once updated it will allow you to log in, you need to go to App Store (Iphone) or Play store for Android I think

Tried deleting the app & re downloading it many times.

Still get the same message that the user name & password are incorrect.

But can access the account on PC.

I wonder if it is that I am using a UK phone ??

Maybe Curenergia have changed something ?

Try changing the location to Spain on your phone and see if that works.

I have just tried my iberdrola app and web and both say system error try again later

I am back in the UK now and thought I would just try and access the app again. 

Would you believe it I get straight into the app.

So it looks like nothing to do with me !!
