Hi all

I am trying to change my electricity to dual tarriff but keep being told that I am doing it wrong , any advice would e gratefully received

Walk into the shop ..in the port of Mazarron and do it over the counter.

Agree that is what we did and now get 14 hours (I think) half price.  The electricity shop is just off the main roundabout in the Port near tourist centre but on the other side of road by traffic lights - its a double fronted window displaying electrical items so not 100% evident that that is the electricity place but it is.  Good luck.

HellI. ..

Can you tel me who your electricity provider is please and whish shop do you just "pop" into please.. looking at changing tariff. .. were with iberdrola.

Don't forget that on these type of tariffs that although you get some of the supply at a discounted rate you pay a lot more per unit for the other hours.

Not in my experience, we changed from Iberdrola standard tariff to its Night and Day and both tariffs are cheaper, the Night one by a massive amount, its almost free!

Email them direct, I found the customer service really good with excellent english.
