Hello there all,
we are looking at moving over within the next 12 months. My question is, if we were to sell everything prior to the move, where can you purchase sofas, armchairs, dining tables and chairs etc? And are they reasonably priced?

There are quite a few places to purchase furniture from - closest would be in Mazarron or the Port (Furniture Plus are English and very helpful) or you could go to places in Meditarenea (Cartegena) or Murcia Ikea - there are also furniture stores outside the main shopping mall in Murcia.
Thankyou Karen for the info. Is the furniture reasonably priced, or better to transport over?

I suppose it depends on your taste which obviously determines how much pieces of furniture will cost but I would say generally its reasonably priced you just have to have a wander around the various centres in Cartegena and Murcia areas. I did manage to transport over a number of large items which I haven't seen here.
