Never pay the asking price so for instance if you are looking at 500 euros a month I would personally put 600 and barter if I really liked it....

There are many companies offering long term rentals just type in "LONG TERM PROPERTIES TO RENT CARTAGENA MURCIA" and see what comes up, you may be surprised but don't forget when completing a search always to tick "Pets accepted"

Have you visited Cartagena? Its a big city with many sprawling barrios surrounding the centre…not really any expat areas. Have you thought maybe one of the surrounding areas..La Union, Los Nietos, El Algar etc…only ten minutes by car but without the feel of a city …might be easier to find a...
