Please could anyone help with the padron, we have arrived here and not sure what to do, we have out NIE, lawyer going to do our TIE not sure about padron

Hi,think you have to go town hall in your local vicinity,take i.d.,deeds to house,t.ie.,passport.any bills you have,

We are Non Residents but do the 90 day rule, 7 years ago we brought a car in spain the garage I brought it from in Alicante think it was Frank's motors told me I would have to have a padron before he could sell one to me which I did they about two years ago the town hall in Cartagena sent me a letter saying as I am a non resident I should not have a padron she was quiet nasty with us anyway in the end they cancelled our padron

Like someone said you should only have a padrón if you are  resident

We have been told by our lawyers we need to do our padron as its the community count of persons living here, we have moved here permentantly
