Buying a Townhouse in Cehegin

Thanks for responding.  We will finalise on our house this week.  Luckily we have power of attorney especially due to Covid.  We bought in the old town in Cehegin.  We are lucky enough that it doesn't need painting inside yet but if you dont mind I will keep in contact with you as I am sure there will be changes we will want to do to the house in the near future.

We are using it now as our 2nd home and we do plan to retire there in the next 5 to 8 years.  We plan to be there for Easter but we do hope to get over there for a week in January if we can get flights and the covid situation improves.
