Buying in January

I was wondering the same although we have bought on Condado to use as a holiday home for us and our 3 children and their families...coming over in Jan too...thanks Anne and Paul..

We are using ours as a holiday home too, with a view to retiring there in a couple of years or so. We are in Naranjos 3 and coming over on January 23rd. Hopefully we might be newbies together. Jim and Jacquie.

My brother already lives there and owns a restaurant there,I am.planning on joining him in July this year

I will be moving permanently with my 16yr old daughter and didn't know how easy it is to fit in and make friends etc

I know that there's a Facebook page to join, but I'm not on facebook lol. The place looks fab, I'm sure we'll all find that the residents and the people who work in the facilities are friendly. The sun is shining, what's not to like.

Hi Anne. We completed finally on our purchase yesterday. We worked hard for the whole 6 days we were over in January, but were happier when we left and can't wait to get back for a week in May. How did things go for you? Jacquie
