It is 20-30mins drive to beaches. There are a few shops and one supermarket. Plenty of parking. Not sure what communal charges are. My friend rented there before buying on Camposol. They are mostly quite small and not the best quality builds, though they are still building. Ok if you’re into golf.

...lf.

And your experience of condado is? A friend renting is hardly definitive. OP, wait to hear from people who actually own/live there. We know a few people who live there. l will see if l can get some feedback from them for you.

Oops- Is that comments welcome as long as they’re not negative. Always good to get different opinions I thought. She was renting for nine months and wouldn’t buy there. Also my son has done quite a lot of repair work over there and it put us off. Not definitive maybe. Just one of maybe many different comments to help with a serious decision.

My wife and I are near completion on buying an apartment. I am very concerned about the condition of the golf course.
