Where to get a PCR test

Hi there,
We are coming to Condado on Friday 30th July to empty an apartment for a friend who is selling it. We're coming from France and will have a (hopefully negative!) PCR test to enter Spain as per the requirements.
However, the French government have decided that we need a PCR test done within 24 hours to return into France. So, as we plan to be back in France on the evening of Sunday 1st Aug, we'll need a new one. Does anyone have any suggestions as to where we can get a test done near Condado late on the Saturday or early on the Sunday?
