Car capacity

Hi everyone.
In light of some of the restrictions being lifted can anyone give me information about car capacity.
My daughter son in law and grandughter are due to arrive at Alicante on the 20th December granted that they have negative PCR certificates.
My question is am I allowed to have all of them in my car which is a Dacia Duster, or is it still 50% capacity, also if they are lucky to arrive and stay with us can we all travel around the Murcia region in that one car or not.
Hopefully someone can tell me the correct current guidelines, looking forward to your replies.
