Spanish Correos do not list Condado at all so their website is no help

The official postcode is 30849 but 30840 for Alhama de Murcia is often used.

Assuming you live here in Spain you should be resident. If you look at your data on the Agencia Tributaris website it will have the details as to where the taxman thinks you live. Your residencia will also show your address, as will your escritura.

At present we don't live here permanantly, nor do we have any of the paperwork you speak of.

We have deeds to the property which in theory should list the correct address, however even these are rather confusing.
