Hi folks
We’re looking to move over next year and are looking at the golf resorts, liking the look of Condado and Terrazasde La Torre, I know they’re others like La Torre, United golf resort and Hacienda Riquelme, if you live in one of these resorts would you recommend them or if you know these resorts well I would love to hear your opinion on them. Happy hunting……We just bought on Condado and got a great deal in homesty. From what we see areas are kept very clean (community fees at 125€pm ) but we can see these are good value as the place is kept very well. Security is 24hrs and we came out last week to get our keys. Golf club apparently up for sale does not bother us as we don’t use or play but could be important if you do. Good facilities onsite. Car is good to have but not absolutely necessary as car hire on site and transfers/taxis are freely available. Hope this helps. Look at La Isla which offers privacy and lake views. Also spar and bar/restaurants onsite.
