We are a retired couple looking to rent a 3 bedroom ground floor apartment in Condado de Alhama.One year if poosible.

Do you have Spanish residency? If not and you are UK citizens then you may only stay for 90 days in every 180. Third country rules apply since 1st of Jan this year

Thank you PhilTox Does that apply to Irish citizen. We have irish passports.
Also how long between visits do you need to leave Spain?
We have grandchildren here which we will be visiting regularly.
Any info much appreciated
