Purchasing Query

Hi Keith

We are in the process of purchasing on N3 and I looked at property on J13 also. I have a friend who has an apartment on J13 and it is great there, the only reason we went with N3 was the apartment was so well kept and came fully furnished and was such value for money.

I don’t think there are any bad places on Condado from what I could see when I was there. I toured around both day & night and was very happy with the resort.

Congratulations on your pending purchase & thank you for the info. I'm sure it'll be class. I'm hoping to get over 4a look myself in the not too distant future but also may just take the plunge lol. I've looked at loads of places but I keep coming back to Condado each time. Love the rooftop solarium and layout. Thanks again Barry and good luck. Might see you about the resort in near future👍👍.

it sounds like you are in the same position as us, we have looked on and off for 10 years and went all round the Costa Blanca north / south, Costa Calida and almeria on the web looking at different areas and came back to Condado. I had only actually been there once in the past for a meal so went over a few weeks ago on my own & stayed on site for 3 nights to get a feel of the place.

I was so pleased I did as it exceeded my expectations and I met several people when I was there, I had a great time.

It was pretty full on as I looked at 10 apartments (all top floor as we like the solarium and no one above) over 3 days and there were so many choices. 

I ended up buying with Quality Homes Costa Calida via Marcello who was superb and so helpful, he is a top guy.
I also had a great experience with Maria at Your Dream Home Espagna who’s was so helpful and I felt really bad for not buying from her but ultimately I went with the apartment I had my heart set on from the outset and ended up getting a great deal. 

I think the market is just starting to pick up so probably a good time to buy as although the prices haven’t gone crazy the apartments seem to be selling pretty quickly now. If your looking now you can still catch a bargain I think.

Lol yes definitely sounds like what I've been doing as well this last while. Good fun tho I must say. Marcello from Quality Homes is top class and so helpful as is the Condado Invest agents. Very helpful with any query I sent etc. I've my eye on one apartment that we both love and just waiting on things to come together here before jumping I think lol. Thanks again for all that Barry as it's very reassuring to hear. Very much appreciated.
