We use

https://www.intasure.com

but there are others if you Google  "Holiday home insurance"

This way you can pay online and get the renewal price by email which is helpful if you are not in Spain at the time.

I was told that the monthly communal charge included buildings insurance, so thought only contents insurance would be needed ? Xxx

Only just seen this response. Is your statement correct ? Will check with the sales people before I pay insurance. Thanks D

Andy from Condado Invest told me this when I said about no nasty surprises about the structure or any cracks etc. He said that the building insurance was encompassed in the monthly communal fees. We have just completed today.
