I don't know this area but I would always look around independently first in any area of Spain.  There are lots of properties for sale and it's best not to limit yourself to one or two agents.

If you can, drive around and see the area and location of properties yourself and then you will have a better idea of what and where you prefer best. 

Most properties for sale will have a phone number on a board outside and then you can phone  them , rather than being taken to places and properties that you may not like.

I'm sure others on here will give advice too.

If any agents contact you please keep your options open and try not to commit to viewing properties you haven't seen from the outside first.
