EU-Family Reunification Visa

Good morning all,

Just wondered if anyone has gone through the Eu-Family reunification visa process since Brexit came into force?

My wife can hopefully gain an EU passport through her grand parent's Irish birth.

I would then try to gain a spousal visa this way.

I understand that if this was successful we would have to relocate to Spain and be liable to Spanish taxes on any properties we own, my question is, if we did get this visa how long could we spend Outside of Spain (and the Schengen Zone) and indeed how long could we spend back in the UK?
