Buying on Corvera trades people needed

I agree. I feel sorry for the people who are genuinely trades people with authentic qualifications, most are cowboys. Don’t be fooled by flash letter heads and advertising. I have said a few times the genuine tradesmen need to start policing, naming and shaming the unqualified.

Hello,  I  have also recently bought a property near Covera and also need a electrician and aircon suppler /fitter. Just wondering if you have now found and used anyone who you can recommend? 

Hopefully, striking a more positive note than some respondents who've been less lucky than us, we used a chap called Louis to install air con to our main guest bedroom, a further bedroom and my office, all through 23inch thick walls.  He's also done other electrical work for us and has been totally reliable and offers great prices.  We've been in our reformed village house for a year and the air con he has installed has been working like a dream for cooling this summer and heating last winter. The only downside is that he does get very busy and is often booked up 4-6 weeks ahead.  I'll PM you his phone number.  Hope this helps.

I have tried so called tradesmen ? Now got a Moroccan working on day rate fantastic great at painting plastering cement work everything and 1/2 the price and miles better work 

Best way take on day work try out if no good get rid but in my case great
