Hi we have a place in Torre de la Horadada but are in the UK at present.

Checking the forum and have come across you young and vulnerable couple!!

How are you both coping? Are you allowed in the garden?  Do you have hobbies to keep you occupied . Do you know how long the isolation period will be?

People in the UK have been panic buying fights in the supermarkets inecwas over a bag of sugar police were called.  Some have taken from others trolleys.

Toilet roll maufacturres are now struggling to get hold of the raw materials to make them.  There books will be there best ever lm sure ha! ha!

Keep safe keep your spirits up enjoy your hobbies keep busy.  Best wishes to you both.  Lorraine Garry and our pooch Bella.

Hello Lorraine, so nice to get a reply from you.  We know Horadada, our daughter had a place in Pinatar ages ago!

We are OK at present, using TV a lot and WhatApp to speak to friends and family.  As we live in Aguilas, a mainly Spanish resort we do not have many friends here yet, hoping this link will turn up a few more!

I have a feeling my son and I met you walking your dog here recently! You were visiting your brother in San Juan de la Toreros I think  I took a photo of you?

Will attempt to use private messaging service to give you my email address

Schools, shops, churches all closed, very quiet here no traffic or people anywhere.  Keep writing please, Rosemary XXX

Me again!  Have just seen Esther Rantzen on TV who suggested jigsaws (none here) or Monopoly, yes! Will dust it off

Hi both, how are you holding up? My elderly parents are also are in isolation in Aguilas (on the outskirts). They were due to come home by boat at the start of April. I have been ringing everyday to update them with news from Wales as that’s where I am. I think they are missing going for a coffee in their fav square :) They don’t have internet in their apartment and mum is missing getting emails from the family. They found a crossword puzzle book we bought them a few Christmases ago so they been doing one a day :) Let me know if there is anything I can do to help you 🌼🌼🌼🌼

Hello all of you!

We have created a facebook group for our followers (English and Spanish native speakers).

It is is useful to chat and keep practising languages among them, helping each other with their mistakes and so on.

If you want to be included, just PM Passport 2 Talk in facebook. There are 2 levels: beginners and intermediate.

We are also adding lot of videos yo our Youtube channel that can be helpful in these days.

We think that it is the best momment to start learning Spanish.

Stay safe!

Hi Abbi.  Hope your parents are able to contact someone now!  They could phone me on my Spanish phone!  I will attempt to put number on the private page!

have a look at The Man in the High Castle (amazon Prime). 4 series, 10 episodes per series.....fills a big viewing hole and great acting/writing production as usual with US stuff.
