We are planning on bringing over our English car to be re-matriculated and leave in Spain. We are using the services of 'car-registrations-Spain' in particular Roger. Has anybody used these before or got any opinions on them?

I might have if I had known she did re-matriculations - her name didn't appear when I googled change of registration etc.  I will email her though.

This will be our second English car, the first more than 7 years ago, I agree, was a complete hassle and expensive but I think things must have progressed somewhat as we have been quoted less than a 1000euros complete and told it will only take less than two weeks which is a vast improvement on seven years ago.  As you probably know, second hand cars keep their worth in Spain but my little Mitsubishi convertible cost next to nothing here in the UK and would be great in Spain.

Hi AnitaR

We brought our English car across and had it changed here via Decklid.. no hassle.. all done so easy.. Debbie Shaw can't actually do this herself!!!!

I am sure she could/ would help/guide you to various people. If you want to know what we paid on a 10 year old sports car please feel free to PM me... happy to give information.

And before anyone starts spouting off... this was our choice as 2nd hand cars are expensive here... also we wouldn't have known the history.

Plus didn't want to buy a new one...

AnitaR hope to hear from you. Xx

Only if you are left handed.

Steering with your left hand and changing gear with your right is totally unnatural.

Hi. I used Roger to do this 15 months ago. Very quick and with no hassle. I used him to service my old jalopy and resit it's ITV 12 months later. Again easy

Not sure why people say it's easier in a lhd. I've had no problem with my rhd and much cheaper than swapping. 2nd hand is so expensive

Roger is very professional and knows exactly what he’s talking about, we import a few Cars/Bikes and his advise alone has saved us lots of Money.

You might find someone a few Euros cheaper but is it really worth it?
