Hi, my wife and I are wanting to move to Spain in a few years time. I have an Irish passport but a uk driving licence so does anyone have any information whether I would be able to exchange my licence or have to take the test again? Thanks

It's a little convoluted but you maybe be able to swap your UK Licence for an Irish one then it for a Spanish one. I had a UK Licence for years and when I went home to Ireland had to swap it for an Irish one which at the time didn't please me because my UK one would expire when I was 75 but my Irish one was for 3 years !! It did prove good when we moved to Spain as, again, it was a straight swap. Sorry for the long litany😀
