At this point, as a non-Resident you are not permitted to enter Spain, regardless of your vaccination status.

I may be wrong, but latest news stated if you show proof of property ownership, you could be granted entry.

May be worth checking.

Permitted reasons from the British government to leave the UK, does not constitute permission to enter Spain.

It was Spain who published this about a week ago.

? Not to sure what you mean, but as for whoever’s  permitted exit/entry reasons, Doubled check everything as it could be costly either way.

There are hundreds maybe thousands of us that have been unable to go to Spain to maintain our properties since March last year. Unfortunately that is the way things are. We don't think we will get to our place until September at the earliest due to the Pandemic, and certainly wouldn't try to go any time soon.

Hi. I'm stuck the other way round. I came for xmas, due to fly back to england on 7th January, since then I have had 4 flights cancelled so I'm over my 90 days. Does anyone know the 90 - 180 day ruling. After I eventually get home, When can I come back to Spain
