Hi All
Hopefully due to the optimistic news from Boris yesterday, we are looking at coming out for a week to 10 days in maybe September so that we can have a look around Camposol.
We are looking to move over to Spain early next year. My question is where is it best to stay so that we can enjoy a holiday and be in close distance to looking around Camposol?

All depends what you like - if you want to be near to the bars and shops sector A or B, near golf course is C, quieter life Sector D. You will need a car if staying on C or D.

Thanks for your response jaz007, I did look at staying in a villa on Camposol itself but they seemed expensive, so thought we could stay in Mazarron or Bolneuvo and hire a car to drive/visit Camposol. Was looking more for an apartment or hotel, unless someone knows of a villa on Camposol that is reasonably priced?

Hi for hotel we stayed at hotel la cumbre in the port when we came over to view. Great location by the beaches and a short drive to camposol so it makes it a great base. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and the port is very Spanish.

Hi we have stayed in the La Cumbre hotel it is a super hotel room 312 gets the sun in he afternoon the staff are super and the meals are brilliant wonder if Rosa and Junior still work there. The Chinese buffet in the port is amazing value. Hope you enjoy your stay.

Take a look another world properties website. They do sales and rentals and are reasonably priced...situated on camposol B, also try Dawn Ball she works in Mersers which is also on camposol B....here villa is on Camposol A...we used it when we were viewing for our property 3yrs ago...we chose to rent on Camposol..to give us a feel of " living here would be like ". At that time we didnt know that Vinny Walker at another world properties did rentals....we would have used them instead...there rates vary as they have villas from small to large to rent...but get in quick as they get snapped up fast.. good luck. 馃榿馃榿

Gloria this is very helpful information. If we like Camposol after visiting then our plan is to rent first before buying. I will definitely be contacting Another World Properties as soon as we know international travel is back on. Thanks once again 馃檹馃槉
