certificate habitate

Hi Bob we moved to camposol ourselves on 28th May. So good luck with your purchase on here. We put a deposit on the villa back in September and were told that the paperwork was in order. But when our solicitor checked he said deeds were OK but no habitation certificate. We asked if this was a problem and he told us that as there was water and electric meters already installed everything is fine. So we went ahead with the purchase. I had been reading up on habitation certificates or lack of them on camposol and was told only a few had them and that one day in the future we may all get them. Who knows. But it didn't cause us any problems in purchasing the property without the habitation certificate. I've met a couple of people from the forum and they are so helpful. Most people who actually live on camposol are genuinely happy to be able to help us newbies and are so welcoming. We had a few complications in getting over the line with our purchase but nothing to do with paperwork on the property otherwise we would have been here sooner. All the best to you Lynn
