Hi can anyone tell me if there are many full time residents in Sectors A & B please? We are planning to buy a property initially as a holiday home with the intention of moving over full time.

I have been looking at Sector D upto now but we've decided we would like to be within walking distance of the amenities, but not on top of them.  I have read sector D has the most full time residents so just wondering how A & B compare.  Thanks very much

We live on Calle Jaen  on A and our end which is furthest away from the shops. I would say its approx 60/40.  With 40 being holiday homes. It works for us

 Good luck

Plenty of full time residents suggested 60 / 40 split would be about right.

There are very few villas for sale on A and B, within our price range anyway.  Is this the norm or is it because of covid does anyone know. Or are they just bought very quickly for their close distance to the amenities? Thanks

There are usually plenty of villas in all price ranges for sale on A.

I think the Covid situation has brought things to a bit of a standstill.

D sector has the most permanent residents ..you will also get a better deal on a property on D as it's the furthersist  away from the shop's but don't let this put you off buying on D as you will need transport of some sort living on any  part of Camposol .also the properties on D are all approximately 10 years old ... unlike A sector that has properties that are approximately 20 year's old... personally I would say if you are looking at something to live in full time you are looking at around €100,000 ...you can pick up a small two bed place on D for around €50,000 ...but I personally wouldn't like to live in one full time.

Thanks very much for your reply.  We're going to come over to stay and have a look at properties. What type of villa are you talking about? We had been looking at the rebecca do you think these would be small for fulltime living? I know it will be our decision but would like an opinion from someone who lives here.  Thanks a mil
