Hello all,

Have been reading through the forum with interest and have appreciated all of the sensible advice, honest and open viewpoints and general warmth for Camposol. We are not new to the area as we own a little place on Condado but needed somewhere bigger for us and our tweenagers and their size 11 feet to holiday without being on top of each other. Eventually this will be our retirement home. We are aiming for completion by end of October and would appreciate any advice, wise words or checklists we should be thinking through at this stage in the process. What I would add is that we are keen to be part of the community and the great efforts to invest and regenerate the area. We also quite like the social life there 😉. Looking forward to getting back over in October.

Ash

Hi Ash.

We too own on Condado and also made the move to camposol.

I'm unsure what you mean, are you completing a sale or purchase.

Anyway as for checklists as long as your organised in your plans that's all that matters.

We find camposol offers different things to Condado  but each has it's pros and cons.

Have you found a place that suits you and family on camposol.

One thing I will say if your keen on being part of the community here you should have no trouble, and would be welcomed, just put yourselves forward to various groups job done.

When you move here on retirement you have more than enough to keep you occupied.
