Hi guys, I hope I am allowed to ask this question, if not, please delete. I currently have purchased CBD oil for the 1st time from Holland and Barrett for the pain in my shoulder/tennis elbow. Is this something I am allowed to buy in Spain as obviously cannot bring mine with me and not sure of the laws etc ? TIA xx

Yes there is no problem in purchasing CDB oil here - go on Face Book and message Diane Cross - Pete, her husband, do three different strengths. They used to be on A market on a Thursday but you can arrange to meet/pick up. Much better than H&B I believe.

You can still get your H&B CBD oil here in Spain. Go onto H&B's Irish site and place your order as usual. As Ireland is in the EU, there will be no tax to pay. Delivery is €11.95.

You can go to any Tienda Verde herbal shop and obtain CBD oil. One in the Port and one in Totana. No delivery or import taxes either.
