From now, the whole of the Region of Murcia is on "lockdown" for at least 14 days. Food shops/supermarkets, farmacias, petrol stations, tobacconists and kiosks selling newspapers will be open. Everything else, bars, restaurants etc will be closed.

The region is guaranteeing food supplies.

Roberto30710, on another thread, gave an excellent suggestion: when you have to go out carry a piece of paper with you to say where you are going from and to (unless you are fluent in Spanish).

Haha Zacdog, I have to agree with you (hence my quotation marks) but this seems to be the term being used. I couldn't think of an alternative.

Lockdown is the wrong term as you quite rightly say, we are not in actual prison, nor are we criminals! (Only those who blatantly and moronically chose in their infinite wisdom to generously share the virus around!) THE CORRECT TERM SHOULD BE QUARANTINED SURELY?

Ah well, at least the dog owners can get out on walkies sessions.  Be interesting to see all the extra walkies out there!?

There was Roland,  Eric Idle (RIP) if I remember correctly?  Are you considering this drastic action, or will you borrow a neighbours dog?!
