Is there something we should know?

Hi, we have fallen for Mula and would like to purchase in the town - a 'lock up and leave' property. 

We've done all the usual research and checks that we can and found nothing to put us off, but wonder if there's anything we should know. 

We are thinking, in particular, about how some of the areas of the town look run down, but don't want to be judgemental on appearance if that's just the way things are.  We understand the property crash/recession etc.  

Any hints and tips would be most welcome.!
