Hi guys, James and Karen Robertson from Scotland here.

we have been thinking for year or so about buying a property in La Torre Golf Resort  , we were put off last year with brexit but as we all know this is still nowhere near being settled so are thinking of buying on resort again.

Our plan is to come over Jan 2020 for few days to look at a few properties which we have shortlisted.

Is there any general info on La Torre Golf ie buying property , solicitor, how residents community is and general how busy / quiet  resort can be during both in and out of season.

We are just starting out so any info be greatly appreciated.

We have been in touch with Hollie @polaris world, spanish golf coastal properties which has been very helpfull with regards to ball park costing figure to ourselves to buy property,. i believe they are based on site ?

I have picked up some general on site info community fees and amenities @ la torre but looking for information how busy /quiet resort is over the year , if hotel and bars restaurants close when season ends ? i am also a keen golfer cost of round  in and out of season ?

Our plans are to use place as holiday home 5 or 6 times per year for few wks at a time.

As said guys all info be greatly appreciated .

thanks very much

regards

James & Karen .

You really need to join facebook as all events, info and everything else is done through social media here. You can then post questions directly to people who live on La Torre
