We had our property in Calle Emilio Diez de Revenga, San Pedro Del Pinatar compromised this morning. These are the new build Playamar Villas by Okey. They jumped over the gate, our cctv recorded it and Tyco sent the Police to check. They didn't access the house but may have gone onto the roof terrace where they could potentially go over the wall into neighbouring properties. Hard unless you're a ninja but I wanted people in the area to be aware and be vigilant. If your property is on this road or neighbouring you should ask your key holder to check all is ok. All of our furniture had been moved inside so nothing really to take. Concerned that they may have been checking out the property for future break in attempt.

Hi, sorry to hear about the invasion of your property, but it is a good idea to let everyone on the forum know about this.

Obviously with the world wide pandemic, there are going to be a few more chancers about, especially with the high unemployment and Christmas looming.

We must all be extra more aware and vigilant, of the problems that may arise and often do at this time of year.

Thanks for the information and wish you a merry christmas.

Regard

Ed

Thanks Ed. Never a nice thing to have to post but it is important to share so we all take the necessary precautions.

Stay safe everyone!
