The signs look like they have been modified by Town Hall, ( first saw before Lockdown) not just a few done.
All of them.
Ayuntamiento de Los Alcázares maintenance staff who worked during Lockdown have had plenty of time to alter and they have not.
Police are not in any way concerned.
So don't hold your breath about bicycles been banned at the moment.
A normal July and August, I think cycling should not be allowed but we are not in normal times anyway.

As far as I can tell, the cyclists are not breaking the law. Do you have proof otherwise?

On ayuntamiento site it was stated no cycling on promenade there were notices but some person decide to spray paint them out
It seems you need to adhere to the laws but when you get people arguing against them even though on Tuesday this week a person was knocked over by a cyclist on promenade ambulance was called and attended
