Thinking of buying in Bahia Bella.
I’m thinking of buying in Bahia Bella. Researching has brought up a lot issues. Can anyone advise me on the situation as it stands at present please. Any advise would be much appreciated,
Thank you.

I would be weary about buying here as it was flooded badly in 2019 and signs are still about of the devastation.
El Carmoli nearby is a better bet and being built on a hill it doesn't flood and you are only 4 Miles from Los Alcazares

Thank you for giving an other side to the story and, from one who lives there. I have only heard horror stories of devastation. I’m not sure I want live right in town but, I would like to be around that area where I have friends.
Thank you for your reply.

Your best bet would be torre del Rame urbanisation, it didn’t flood and is close to town
