Incorrect Deeds

...ken to the notary and it is not possible to be changed which I'm greatly uneased with this, as I worry I might have problems selling it on in years to come. I also got told this will not cause any issues it was basically a mistake with the paperwork from polaris originally, but already im to find out they are expecting me to pay more communal fees than what I should actually be paying. Sorry for the long post but does anyone know where I stand?
